You put the kits together yourself, but don't worry - it's easy! The kits are delivered straight to your door a couple days before your event - you keep the kit through your event and we return for pickup the day or two after. We service and deliver kits across the Greater Toronto Area to offer a fun and affordable way to celebrate!

What is included in your DIY Picnic Kits? 

Our DIY Picnic Kits include all essentials for a beautiful picnic. We have a basic package that gives you the foundation for a picnic or our classic kits that include everything you need to have a beautiful luxury picnic. Check each package on our site to see exactly what is included. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly. Our floral arrangements included in our diy kit packages are everlasting faux flowers or dried florals.

How do I place an order for a DIY Picnic Kit? 

Ordering is simple! Visit our website and fill out our inquiry form. We will then send you a proposal to move on to the next steps or reach out by email or telephone.

Can I customize my DIY Picnic Kit? 

Absolutely! You can however there is additional cost to do custom diy kits. The design fee is +$250.00 and there will be additional costs for fresh flowers or any items not included in the kit.

If you are looking for full service event design we have a $1000 in house rental minimum (additional costs include design fee (20 %) , florals, signage, stationery, staffing, delivery and HST)

We take on only 1 full service event per week so we recommend securing your event with a 25% deposit as soon as possible

Do you provide setup instructions with the DIY Picnic Kits? 

Yes, we have videos to help you setup your kits and we created our kits to be easy to put together.

What areas do you serve for delivery/pickup of the DIY Picnic Kits and when do you deliver and pickup?

 Currently, we offer delivery to the GTA and beyond. Generally, we deliver up to 2 hours from our location in Brampton. (Please note for certain locations we may have an order minimum in order to qualify for delivery) If you're unsure whether we serve your location, please reach out to our team for assistance. We also offer pickup from our location in Brampton (main intersection Mcglaughlin and Steeles) All deliveries and pickups from our location happen generally on Thursday/ Friday and are pickup up and returned to our location the following Monday/ Tuesday after your event. This way you will have the kit for the entire weekend. Custom pickup dates and returns are available upon request. Please note we do not deliver to parks.

How far in advance should I order a DIY Picnic Kit? 

We recommend placing your order for event rentals and diy kits as soon as possible in order to guarantee availability as we have limited inventory. For full-service events or proposals, please contact us sooner to discuss your needs as we take on a limited number of full-service events per month.

What is the cancellation policy for DIY Picnic Kit orders?

 You can cancel your order of your kit however you will lose your 25% deposit as we reserved those items for you and we weren't able to offer it to anyone else. This applies for full-service events and proposals as well.

WHAT ARE YOUR Table sizes?

Our tables are 5.5 feet long and sit 6-8 people, we like to set up on top of an 8x10 foot rug.
